Valley View students harvest pumpkins from school garden

First-grade students from Valley View School in Lebanon Township have harvested pumpkins from their school garden. Last year, the students in Catherine Rutkoski's kindergarten class planted a pumpkin patch in the school's garden. The kindergarten students gathered the seeds during their pumpkin math unit last fall and planted them in the school garden that spring.
